KA210-YOU - Small-scale partnerships in youth

This Erasmus+ project is aimed to familiarize the youth workers form the 4 partner organisations with the digital collaboration tools (special focus on Microsoft 365) in order to efficientize the youth work.
Objectives:
O1. Capacitate 18 YW form the 4 partner org in using digital collaborative tools (DCT) in fostering the inclusion of youth facing FO.
O2. Develop a Digital Inclusion Club, where youth workers will be able to debate, present and store best practices related to the use of DCT in fostering inclusion.
O3. Create a framework for collaboration in which to identify, publish and promote the benefits of using DCT in working with young people and young people facing fewer opportunities.
18 Youth Workers from France, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic
- Involved in organizing transnational mobilities for young people 13-30
- Proficient in English
- Experience of min. 2 years in working with young people
- Interested in promoting diversity and inclusion through international mobilities
- Positive attitudes towards digitalisation and use of digital collaboration tools in
youth work
- Willingness to actively involve in the Digital Inclusion Club
- Capacity to disseminate the results of the TC

This Seminar was aimed to create a collaborative context in which 18 youth workers and staff form the 4 partner organisations shared knowhow and experiences in the field of using digital collaboration tools in order to improve their youth work.
We developed the Digital Inclusion Club by direct involvement of key youth workers and staff from all the partners.
